Coaching & Weiterbildung nach dem Brevet<\/h3>\n<p>Damit du dich als Pilot weiterentwickelst, ist ein Coaching die beste Methode.<br \/>\nDas Schweizer Brevet ist oft nicht mehr als eine Grundausbildung. Auf viele sicherheitsrelevante Aspekte oder auf erfolgsentscheidende taktische Fragen beim Streckenfliegen kann in einem Brevetkurs nur im Ansatz eingegangen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich hat man beim Gleitschirmfliegen aber nie ausgelernt. Neu brevetierte Piloten profitieren von einem Coach, um weiterzukommen, und selbst fortgeschrittene Piloten bringen wir in unseren Weiterbildungskursen auf das n\u00e4chste Level.<\/p>\n<p>Damit du als Pilot weiterkommst, bieten wir einen Theoriekurs mit 7 Doppellektionen, Sicherheitstrainings, Refresherkurse f\u00fcr Wiedereinsteiger, individuelles Coaching, die Ausbildung zum Tandempiloten sowie Kurse im Speedflying und Miniwings an.<\/p>\n<p>Wiedereinstieg ins Gleitschirmfliegen (Refresher)<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer l\u00e4ngeren Flugpause ist Wiedereinsteigern die Teilnahme an unserem Refresherkurs dringend empfohlen.<br \/>\nBewegungsabl\u00e4ufe sind oft nicht mehr automatisiert, die Einsch\u00e4tzung von Wetter, Start- und Landepl\u00e4tzen muss neu gesch\u00e4rft werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wiedereinsteiger holen wir dort ab, wo sie aktuell stehen.<\/p>\n<p>In einem individuellen Auffrischprogramm f\u00fchren wir dich zur\u00fcck zu mehr Sicherheit, Routine und Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit beim Fliegen.<\/p>\n<p>Theoriekurs \u2013 5 F\u00e4cher, 7 Doppellektionen<\/p>\n<p>Eine solide Wissensbasis brauchst du in f\u00fcnf F\u00e4chern: Fluglehre, Flugpraxis, Wetterkunde, Materialkunde und Gesetzgebung.<br \/>\nEin gutes theoretisches Verst\u00e4ndnis hilft dir, Fehlentscheide zu vermeiden und den Spassfaktor zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir bieten abendliche Theoriekurse mit sieben Doppellektionen und einer Testpr\u00fcfung an. Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen bilden Bestandteil dieses Vertrages. Wir bitten dich, diese sorgf\u00e4ltig zu studieren.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Geltungsbereich der allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen<\/h4>\n<p>Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses auf der Webseite www.magiclift.ch publizierten AGB und Preise in Schweizer Franken. Programm- und Preis\u00e4nderungen bleiben ausdr\u00fccklich vorbehalten.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Gutscheine<\/h4>\n<p>Gutscheine sind zwei Jahre g\u00fcltig (Ausstelldatum\/Ablaufdatum auf Gutschein) und werden nicht zur\u00fcckerstattet. Eine Einl\u00f6sung nach Ablauf ist nur nach vorg\u00e4ngiger Vereinbarung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Leihmaterial<\/h4>\n<p>Zur Verf\u00fcgung gestelltes oder gemietetes Material der Flugschule muss mit Sorgfalt behandelt werden. Besch\u00e4digungen durch unsachgem\u00e4ssen Umgang werden dem Ben\u00fctzer in Rechnung gestellt.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Materialkauf<\/h4>\n<p>Es gelten die von Herstellern gew\u00e4hrten Garantieleistungen. Bei der Flugschule MAGICLIFT gekaufte Flugausr\u00fcstungen k\u00f6nnen der Flugschule bis zwei\u00a0Jahre nach dem Erwerb unter Abzug von Gebrauchskosten (entsprechend den Mietkosten) zum R\u00fcckkauf angeboten werden. Bei \u00fcberstarker Abnutzung, schlechter Lagerung und Besch\u00e4digungen k\u00f6nnen zus\u00e4tzliche\u00a0Abz\u00fcge geltend gemacht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bei online-Eink\u00e4ufen gelten die vereinfachten <a title=\"AGB Magiclift-Webshop\" href=\"https:\/\/magiclift.ch\/agb-magiclift-webshop\/\">AGB f\u00fcr den\u00a0Magiclift-Webshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>5. Passagierfl\u00fcge<\/h4>\n<p>Die Flugdauer richtet sich nach den Wetterverh\u00e4ltnissen. Der Tandempilot kann einen Passagierflug im Interesse der Sicherheit jederzeit verschieben oder absagen (z. B. aus meteorologischen Gr\u00fcnden). Kann der Flug aufgrund kurzfristiger Ver\u00e4nderung der Wetterlage nicht durchgef\u00fchrt werden, wird ein Gutschein f\u00fcr einen sp\u00e4teren Flug ausgestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Flugschule MAGICLIFT hat das Recht, Passagierfl\u00fcge an lizenzierte Passagierpiloten weiterzugeben, die nicht bei der Flugschule angestellt sind. In diesem Fall haftet die Flugschule nicht f\u00fcr Handlungen und Unterlassungen dieser Piloten. Der Flug erfolgt in jedem Fall in der Eigenverantwortung des durchf\u00fchrenden Piloten.<\/p>\n<p>Den Instruktionen des Piloten ist in jedem Fall Folge zu leisten.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Schnuppertag und Grundschulung<\/h4>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer sind selbst f\u00fcr gutes Schuhwerk und angepasste Bekleidung verantwortlich. Teilnehmer mit ungeeignetem Schuhwerk k\u00f6nnen vom Fluglehrer abgelehnt werden. Bei Abbruch durch den Teilnehmer erl\u00f6schen jegliche Anspr\u00fcche auf die R\u00fcckerstattung von Kosten.<\/p>\n<h4>7. Pilotenausbildung<\/h4>\n<p>Die Pilotenausbildung bis zum Pilotenbrevet ist modular aufgebaut und beinhaltet die Teilnahmen an einem Schnuppertag, am Grundkurs mit einem ersten H\u00f6henflug (solo oder Tandem) und bei den H\u00f6henfl\u00fcgen. Der Brevetkurs wird mit einer Ausbildungspauschale angeboten, welche\u00a0die Materialmiete bis zum f\u00fcnften H\u00f6henflug beinhaltet. Bereits bezahlte Einzelmodule der Pilotenausbildung werden vollumf\u00e4nglich an die\u00a0Ausbildungspauschale angerechnet.<br \/>\nDie g\u00fcnstige Ausbildungspauschale kann nur bei einem Ausr\u00fcstungskauf bei der Flugschule MAGICLIFT gew\u00e4hrt werden. Ohne Kauf der Ausr\u00fcstung bei der Flugschule wird generell ein Aufpreis von CHF 1'500.- auf die Schulungspauschale erhoben. Flugsch\u00fcler mit einer aus anderen Quellen beschafften Flugausr\u00fcstung k\u00f6nnen von H\u00f6henfl\u00fcgen ausgeschlossen werden, sofern ihre Ausr\u00fcstung den Qualit\u00e4tsstandards der Flugschule MAGICLIFT nicht gen\u00fcgt.<br \/>\nAuszubildende unter 28 Jahren sollen ebenfalls die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, trotz knappen Mitteln eine Gleitschirmausbildung zu absolvieren. Bedingung f\u00fcr die preislich reduzierte Ausbildungspauschale ist ein g\u00fcltiger Lehrlings-, Sch\u00fcler- oder Studentenausweis.<br \/>\nDie maximale Dauer des Brevetkurses ist auf zwei Jahre beschr\u00e4nkt, kann aber vor Ablauf dieser Frist um ein Jahr verl\u00e4ngert werden. Nach Ablauf der Kursdauer oder bei Abbruch der Ausbildung erl\u00f6schen jegliche Anspr\u00fcche auf bereits bezahlte Kursgelder.<\/p>\n<h4>8. Refresher- und Weiterbildungskurse \/ Flugwochen \/ Flugreisen<\/h4>\n<p>Elektronische Anmeldungen f\u00fcr Kurse, Flugwochen und Flugreisen sind verbindlich. Nach der\u00a0Anmeldung wird auf die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse eine Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung zugestellt. Die Einladung zu Weiterbildungskursen, Flugwochen und Flugreisen erfolgt schriftlich mindestens 7 Tage vor Beginn.<br \/>\nKann ein Weiterbildungskurs, eine Flugwoche oder eine Reise infolge zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl nicht durchgef\u00fchrt werden, erfolgt die Mitteilung mind. 7 Tage im Voraus. Bei einer zu geringen Teilnehmerzahl besteht in Einzelf\u00e4llen die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Veranstaltung unter Vorbehalt des Einverst\u00e4ndnisses der TeilnehmerInnen trotzdem durchzuf\u00fchren, jedoch die in Rechnung gestellten Kosten entsprechend zu erh\u00f6hen.<br \/>\nWird eine Veranstaltung aufgrund der Wetterprognosen abgesagt oder verschoben, werden die Kosten f\u00fcr einen sp\u00e4teren Kurs oder f\u00fcr Warenk\u00e4ufe gutgeschrieben, wobei alle weiteren mit der Buchung verbundenen Anspr\u00fcche verfallen.R\u00fcckerstattungen sind mit Ausnahme von durch den Veranstalter abgesagten Flugreisen in der Regel nicht m\u00f6glich.\u00a0Wird eine Veranstaltung aufgrund der Wetterprognosen vorzeitig abgebrochen, besteht kein Anspruch auf R\u00fcckerstattung. Nicht bezogene Leistungen k\u00f6nnen jedoch zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt bezogen werden. Eine Entsch\u00e4digung des Teilnehmers f\u00fcr ausgefallene Veranstaltungen ist ausgeschlossen.<br \/>\nEntstehen bei einer Flugreise durch unvorhersehbare Ereignisse und ohne Verschulden der Flugschule Mehrkosten, so ist die Flugschule berechtigt, diese nachtr\u00e4glich bei den Teilnehmern einzufordern.<\/p>\n<h4>9. Annullationen<\/h4>\n<p>Eine Abmeldung f\u00fcr eine gebuchte Reise, eine Flugwoche oder einen Weiterbildungskurs ist mit administrativem Aufwand verbunden. Die Annullationskosten entfallen, wenn sp\u00e4testens 10 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn ein Ersatz\u00a0gestellt wird. Andernfalls\u00a0gilt folgende Regelung:<\/p>\n<p>60 bis 30 Tage vor Reisebeginn: 25% des Preises.<br \/>\n29 bis 15 Tage vor Reisebeginn; 50% des Preises.<br \/>\n14 bis 0 Tage vor Reisebeginn und bei Nichterscheinen: 100% des Preises.<br \/>\nBei Annullierungen vor Beginn der Annullationsfristen wird eine einmalige Bearbeitungsgeb\u00fchr von Fr.100.- pro Person in Rechnung gestellt.<\/p>\n<h4>10. Zahlungsbedingungen<\/h4>\n<p>Reisen und Weiterbildungskurse sind vor der Teilnahme zu bezahlen. \u2028Nicht rechtzeitig geleistete Zahlungen berechtigen den Veranstalter, die Leistungen zu verweigern oder vom Vertrag zur\u00fcckzutreten. \u2028Die Zahlung gelieferter Waren hat grunds\u00e4tzlich netto innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Rechnungserhalt zu erfolgen. Die Flugschule MAGICLIFT beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, nach Vorauskasse zu liefern. Ratenzahlungen sind nur unter gegenseitiger Absprache m\u00f6glich. Grunds\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen alle Betr\u00e4ge per Rechnung bezahlt werden.<\/p>\n<h4>11. Haftung und Versicherung<\/h4>\n<p>Gleitschirmfliegen kann als sicherer Sport ausge\u00fcbt werden und z\u00e4hlt nicht zu den Risikosportarten. Die Flugschule MAGICLIFT ist im Rahmen der Sorgfaltspflicht f\u00fcr ihre T\u00e4tigkeiten versichert. Teilnehmer sind nicht durch die Flugschule versichert und sind selber f\u00fcr eine ausreichende Kranken-, Haftpflicht- und Unfallversicherung verantwortlich.\u2028 Die Unfallversicherung ist Sache des Teilnehmers, wobei Unf\u00e4lle durch die normale Schweizer Unfallversicherung gedeckt sind (UVG). Teilnehmer an den Veranstaltungen der Flugschule mit Wohnsitz im Ausland m\u00fcssen \u00fcber eine entsprechende Versicherung verf\u00fcgen. Die Flugschule sowie die Instruktoren lehnen bei Unf\u00e4llen jegliche Haftung ausserhalb ihrer Sorgfaltspflicht ab.<br \/>\nUnsere Kunden absolvieren Fl\u00fcge im Rahmen des Unterrichts auf eigene Verantwortung. Der Flugsch\u00fcler hat sich im ganzen Ausbildungsbereich an die Weisungen der Flugschule zu halten. Die Flugschule MAGICLIFT kann einen Flug, eine Veranstaltung oder die Ausbildung im Interesse der Sicherheit jederzeit absagen oder abbrechen (z. B. aus meteorologischen Gr\u00fcnden). Die Flugschule beh\u00e4lt sich in begr\u00fcndeten F\u00e4llen zudem das Recht vor, Teilnehmer von einer Veranstaltung auszuschliessen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den, die nicht durch die Flugschulversicherung gedeckt sind,\u00a0ist jegliche Haftung ausgeschlossen. F\u00fcr Diebstahl und Verlust von Gegenst\u00e4nden kann MAGICLIFT nicht haftbar gemacht werden.<\/p>\n<h4>12. Anwendbares Recht \/ Gerichtsstand<\/h4>\n<p>Auf die Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen dir und der Flugschule MAGICLIFT ist ausschliesslich schweizerisches Recht anwendbar.
